- Nothing to list and nothing monthly. We charge a commission on stays that actually complete, and your rate is agreed with you before your first listing goes live.
- Usually 24 to 48 hours once you submit. If our team needs something else from you, they will write with a specific question rather than rejecting the application.
- No. One application covers every property you run, and one host account manages all of them afterwards. You can add more properties later from inside the portal.
- The Sajilo Stay partnerships team. Every application is read by a person — hosting here is curated rather than open, which is what the listing is worth to travellers.
- Not at all, and it helps us review you faster — add the links in your application. If you use a channel manager, you can connect it once you are live so availability stays in step.
- Yes. Once approved you can invite a property manager or a receptionist and scope them to specific listings, so nobody has to share a login.
- You will get the reason in writing. If circumstances change — new paperwork, a renovation, a change of ownership — you are welcome to apply again.
- While it is still a draft, yes — everything is editable. Once you submit, it is locked while our team reads it, and it reopens if they ask you for anything.
